Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tube Bender to join our team at Sanborn Tube Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for bending and fabricating tubes to meet precise specifications, contributing directly to our commitment to quality and efficiency in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate tube bending machines according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate fabrication.
• Perform quality checks on bent tubes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition.
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues during the bending process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tube bending or similar fabrication roles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery.
• Familiarity with welding techniques, particularly stick welding.
• Experience with press brake machines and plasma cutting is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected Hours:

No less than 40 hours per week
