  2. If existing, resourcing for cost or quality, delivery problems?

  3. Identify current problems or what is most critical.

  4. Specifications, size and tolerances.

  5. Annual usage or projected usage release size and frequency.

  6. Will you be requesting a PPAP? Please request PPAP pricing at time of inquiry.

  7. Exact piece count or industry allowable tolerence.

  8. Prints for new parts or samples and prints for existing parts?

  9. Final assembly to ensure fit of other mating parts (assembly print) and end use?

  10. Specifications of raw material?

  11. Price in effect at time of shipment or firm pricing.

  12. Cosmetic application or hidden?

  13. Polished, plated, anodized, painted or mill finish?

  14. Specific packaging or non-standard bundling.

  15. When customer needs quotation?

  16. Allowable lead time if an order.
