Aluminum Extrusion Inventory Program

At Sanborn Tube Sales of Wisconsin, Inc. we specialize in providing sourcing solutions for a wide variety of manufacturing companies since 1957. A testament to this is a vendor managed inventory program that we implemented for a Fortune 500 leader in the Office Equipment industry. We currently manages 100+ part numbers with volumes ranging from 100 pieces to 50,000 pieces annually. Our ability to follow through on a vendor reduction initiative allowed our customer to cut one purchase order to Sanborn Tube. We now manage the raw material purchase, the fabrication process, the finished goods inventory, and the delivery schedule. With our 72,000 square foot ISO 9001:2015 Certified facility; we have effectively reduced the onsite inventory footprint for this customer. This has allowed them to focus on their core competency: assembling product and generating sales.
